Our friends at Benchmark travel, who run the NGSU Travel Club, are based at Hebden Bridge in Yorkshire and their offices have been affected by the recent heavy rain and flooding.
Roger Benn from the Travel Club has contacted us to confirm that although the office has been flooded they are open for business and that:
- all paperwork is intact and secure
- tickets will be going out as normal
- enquiries & emails will start being dealt with tomorrow (Wednesday 30th Dec)
Roger is hopeful that normal service will be resumed with a maximum 24 hour turn around for enquiries in the next few days.
Finally, he has also asked us to thank the many NGSU members who have been texting, ringing, or posting messages on facebook etc passing on their concerns, thoughts and best wishes and is touched to know that so many are concerned for him and his team.
